1. Platform Role

GharSe is a technology platform that connects buyers with sellers, riders, and service providers. We do NOT provide any products, services, rides, or deliveries ourselves.

2. Eligibility

• Must be 18+ years old
• Must have a valid email address
• Must have a valid Pakistani mobile number (+92 3xx)

3. Account

• One account per person
• You are responsible for account security
• OTP-based login (no password)
• Max 3 active devices

4. Orders

Placing an order is a binding agreement. You may cancel only before the partner accepts. Post-acceptance disputes are between buyer and seller.

5. Payments

Currently: Cash only (COD). No payment processing by GharSe. Pay directly to seller/rider.

6. Coins & Referrals

• GS Coins have no cash value
• Coins expire 90 days after earning
• Max 20% discount per order using coins
• Referral bonus limited to first 500 referred users

7. Limitation of Liability

GharSe is not liable for product quality, service delivery, ride safety, or any direct/indirect damages from transactions conducted on the platform.
